Days Like These

Knock Out!

Low budget, lo fi, post-oi boy punk with mild songwriting sensibilities. Ten years ago across the states these guys would have been huge. With ‘Days Like These’ we have a severe case of the born too late blues. Restricted to three or four chord verse, chorus, verse it gets old pretty quick. At the very least it’s not overtly segregationist and for that alone I think that many youngsters will ignore my comments and pick up this cd and their guitars anyway. Only twelve songs? If punk is so inexpensive there may as well be a truckload of tracks.
