Known more for his DJ skills, Carl Cox turns to production with “The Latin Theme.” This commercial track’s ethnic feel lifts a traditional horn line from East LA. It’s typical of the backyard barbecue, summertime track. The radio edit is just under 4 minutes, while it’s the instrumental and ‘Euro Mix’ that should make the club an easier place to get that groove on. Well-produced.
