Aesthetics
The interaction between these three instruments is pure poetry. Guitar, drums, and cello perform elaborate dances with each other, and the twirling interaction is blissful to uphold. The notes and interplay fit perfectly. Sparse where it needs to be, wonderfully uplifting when it chooses, this is an album I find myself putting on again and again. Nicely done. I hope this trio continues to work together.
