I spy a Sonic Youth influence with the swirly guitars and the manic noise breakdowns. Also reminds me of Radiohead and Hum a little bit. There’s a whole lot of vocals with distorted talking/singing. Starts off really kick-ass and then drones for the second half of the record like a really depressed Rosie the Robot would on The Jetsons .
