Evidently Bush Is Cracking Up
If you trust this Capitol Hill Blue article on his erratic behaivor, that is.
But after you read that story, read this Washington Monthly blog entry. Kevin Drum tells us they (political bloggers) “all got burned pretty badly by CHB on a story last year during the Niger/yellowcake scandal.”
So this one probably shouldn’t be taken at face value, but it’s easy enough to believe something like this is going on. I’ve thought Bush was cracking up since 9/11…
