Bill O’Reilly says the reason Clinton was effective overseas is because he had a mistress and therefore the Europeans respected him, especially those wiley Frenchman.
Ok, now, maybe I’m crazy. I am from California after all, and you know what kind of low moral character we have compared to places like Ohio and Tennessee. But isn’t our president being effective overseas worth that?
