Quack, sayth the lame duck
Remember how Bush, in one of his first (and only) actions in the aftermath of Katrina, dropped the Davis-Bacon provisions for workers in the gulf region, freeing employers from having to pay a prevailing wage?
Well, Mr “Lame Duck, powerless because my buddies are all going to jail” Bush has tucked his little tail firmly between his legs and backed off on it.
Good. If the current political climate forces him to stop handing his big business buddies handfuls of OUR CASH every time he goes to work, I say yeah…
