Los Angeles-based Emmy Award-winning musician, songwriter, and actor Scot “Little” Bihlman releases his single, “Ghost On The Corner,” a track lifted from his forthcoming album, Heavy Head, produced by Miles Fulwider.
Where earlier releases from the album were more solipsistic and reveal a weathered cragginess, “Ghost On The Corner” offers the soft luminosity of laidback classic rock.
Bihlman’s sound, which he describes as “motorcycle poetry for truth-seekers,” blends heartland rock, tangs of blues, and country soul into songs disclosing the experience of the human condition.
He’s performed at dive bars, vast arenas, and the White House, along with collaborating with artists such as Jelly Roll, John Fogerty, Pink, Trey Anastasio (Phish), and Doug Pinnick (Kings X). And he has shared the stage with Kid Rock, ZZ Top, Ted Nugent, BB King, and Ray Charles.

Along with making music, Bihlman leads his lifestyle brand Hillbilly Royalty, while finding time to pursue his acting career. He appears in the upcoming series Spider-Noir, starring Nicolas Cage.
A soft, elegant dobro opens “Ghost On The Corner,” giving it a gentle, wistful mood. Low and a bit raspy, Bilman’s voice enters, imbuing the lyrics with profound emotional impact – passionate and authentic with hints of vulnerability. As the harmonics take on resonant muscle, the vocals elevate, reflecting poignant intensity that explodes into expectancy.
“Once was lost, now I’m found / Mercy on your lips, a thorn in your crown / No saviors or angels coming around to save you or me.”
Drenched in deep feelings of hope and moving detail, “Ghost On The Corner” is at once cathartic and inspirational.
