This week, Christopher Long motors through Mississippi and discovers an amazing new record joint where he comes across a pristine, original vinyl pressing of The Partridge Family Album, the 1970 debut pop classic from The Partridge Family. And from his 20-dollar bill, he walks out with enough change for a pack of smokes and a Fresca.
Christopher Long heads back to the steamy summer of 1976 with the self-titled 1975 breakout album from Fleetwood Mac. Author Anna-Marie O’Brien provides commentary on the album’s songwriting and production, while also reflecting on her first Fleetwood Mac concert experience.
